Located in Bahía Asunción, Baja California Sur, California de San Ignacio S.C.L. has been a cornerstone of sustainable fishing for more than eight decades. Our cooperative was born from the union of local fishermen with a shared vision: to responsibly harvest the treasures of the Pacific and bring them to the world.
Today, we proudly offer Pacific Red Lobster, abalone, sea snail, and premium fish species, all processed under the highest standards of quality, traceability, and sustainability. Our certifications, including MSC, HACCP, and CAMIC (2025–2026), validate our commitment to excellence and open new doors in international markets.
